Yo, what’s good? I’m Alpha Papi, a 36-year-old Miami-bred DJ and producer with Cuban fire in my veins. Born and raised in the 305, I was hooked on EDM from a young age, losing myself in the pulsing, electric crowds at Ultra Music Festival. That raw, chaotic energy lit a spark in my soul—I knew I’d headline Ultra’s main stage one day, owning it with my sound, making the ground shake. My parents, Cuban immigrants, fled to the U.S. during the 1980 Mariel Boatlift, chasing freedom and a better life, just like Tony Montana in Scarface. Their hustle and sacrifice fuel my grind every single day.
My music’s a melting pot, blending my love for hip-hop, Spanish trap, bachata, salsa, R&B, and EDM’s heart-pounding beats. Every track I drop is a piece of my story, fusing Miami’s heat with my Cuban roots and raw emotion. I didn’t always play it smart—when I was younger, I ran deep in the drug game, moving weight on a large scale. Those bad choices cost me time behind bars. But prison was my wake-up call. Music is my way out, my redemption, a chance to flip the page and write a new chapter. Now, I’m pouring my soul into every beat, turning pain into power, crafting anthems for the underdogs.
I’m here to shake shit up, from Miami’s gritty underground to Ultra’s blazing spotlight. My sound’s for anyone who’s ever had to claw their way back from a fall. Join me, let’s crank the volume, vibe to the rhythm, and build something unstoppable together.
